RESOLUTION NO. 3758
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON $893,000 CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1963 -
SECOND DIVIS ION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, as follows:
1. Bids shall be called by the City Clerk of said City for
the sale of $893,000 Second Division of City of South San Francisco
Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1963, being the Second Division of
an issue of bonds in the total principal amount of $1,893,000
aDproved by the electors of said City at an election thereon duly
held on November 6, 1962, of which issue $1,O00,000 City of South
~an~rancisco Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1963 - First Division,
has heretofore been sold.
2. Notice thereof shall be given by the City Clerk causing
to be mailed copies of an official notice of sale to various banks
...... ~d. bond.hoUses and other persons interested as determined by the
Clerk, at least ten days before the date said bids are to be opened.
3. The Council will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, San Mateo, California, un-
qualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issu-
ance of said bonds.
