RESOLUTION NO. 3759
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BOND BROCHURE
$893,000 0ITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANOISC0 MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1963 - SECOND DIVISION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, Attorney at Law
for the City, have presented a form of brochure to be mailed to pro-
spective bidders on the sale of $893,000 City of South San Francisco
Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1963 - Second Division, and this Counoil
has read and discussed the same form;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the form of brochure
submitted by Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, is hereby approved and
said firm is hereby authorized to reproduce said brochure in quantit~
and to mail it to banks and bondhouses as official information pro-
~ided by this Council in connection with this sale.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resol~tiou w~ regularly
intro~luced and adopte~l by the City Comnci% of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 5th 4ay of August, 1963, By the
