A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT
WITH STANDARD OIL COMPANY--MARINA FUEL FACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
agreement entered into as of the 5th day of August, 1963,
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corpor-
ation, and Standard Oil Company of California, a corporation
for the construction, installation and servicing of a Marine
Fuel Facility at the South San Francisco Marina is hereby
authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is hereby authorized to execute ~aid
contract on behalf of said City and the City Clerk of said
City is hereby authorized to attest his signature thereto.
