A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN INDENTURE WITH THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY--
REVOlvABLE PERMIT FOR SANITARY SEWER
BE IT RESOLVED between the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the indenture dated
the 19~h day of A~m,t , 19 6__3between the
City of South San Francisco and the Southern Pacific Company,
a Corporation, granting a revo~able permit to construct and
install a 27" V.C.P. sewer at Engineer Station 69~94 and a
27" Force Main at Station 8~36 is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is
authorized to execute said indentures for the City of South
San Francisco and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
