RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE PROCEEDING TO ESTABLISH
A FLOOD CONTROL ZONE WITHIN SAN MATEO COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS THE COLMA CREEK FLOOD
CONTROL ZONE AND THE FORMATION OF SUBZONES OF BENEFIT
THEREIN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council does hereby endorse the
proceedings initiated by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of San Mateo pursuant to Resolution No. 18890
of said Board entitled, "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ACQUIRE
AUTHORITY TO PROCEED WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FLOOD CONTROL'
ZONE 'WITHIN SAN MATEO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT TO BE
KNOWN AS THE COLMA CREEK FLOOD CONTROL ZONE, AND TO FORM
SUBZONES OF BENEFIT THEREIN."
BE IT FURTHHR RESOLVED that the Council does hereby
commend the Board of Supervisors for their long-sustained
effort to establish the flood control zone thereby benefiting
this area.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a r~lmr
meeting held on the 19th day of August
by the following vote:
