A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1963 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City
Council and published notice, bids were publicly opened,
examined and declared on the 27th day of August
19 63 for the work to be done and the improvement to be
made as described and specified in Resolution No. 3754
entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco Approving Plans and Specifications Author-
ising the Work and Calling for Bids on the Improvement Entitled
1963 Street Improvements."
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of
said proposals or bids except that hreinafter mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for doing the work and im-
provements and furnishing the materials, supplies and
equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit: L.C. F~ITH COMPANY
at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said
successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve
all bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of
said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and
affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of ~p~mber ,
1963 , by the following vote:
