RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING COMPLETION OF SERVICES
OF PLANNING CONTRACTOR IN A MANNER SATISFACTORY
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, William E. Spangle, Jr. entered into con-
tract number LPO-P/22-S-CON-9, dated ~ay 17, 1962 (hereafter
referred to as "Contract A") with the State of California
for the performance of services which the State had agreed
to complete pursuant to an agreement between the State and
the City of South San Francisco, number LPO-P/22-S-CS-5,
dated May 17, 1962, and,
~IEREAS, said contractor has invoiced, or it is antici-
pated will invoice, the State for the final payment due upon
satisfactory completion of services under "Contract A";
NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby acknowledges that the
Contractor has completed' the services set forth in "Contract
A" in a manner deemed by the aforesaid City to constitute
satisfactory compliance with such contract, and declares that
it interposes no objection to the payment of the final in-
stallment due under "Contract A" to said Contractor.
