A RESOLUTION OF ~Iw,'~-iON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOOTH SAN FRANCISCO TO VACATE A PORTION OF D ~.ELE~HtOOK AVENUE I~SOLV~D, bytthe City Council of the City ,f South~:~an Francisco, California, as follows: 1. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Street Vacation Act of 1941. 2. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 21st day of October , 19 62 , at 8 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, .is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in, or having objections to, the proposed Vacation of a Portion of Dellbrook Avenue as hereinafter described, may appear before said Council and be heard. 3. A copy of this Resolution shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newpaper of general circulation printed and published in said City in the manner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances in said City. ~. Th-e public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this Council to vacate a Portion of Dellbrook Avenue described as follews: S~ at a point on the Southwesterly line of Crestwood Drive, at its intersection with the most southerly terminus of that certain curve having a r~lius of 15 feet, a central angle of 90° 00', an arc distance of 23.56 feet, said curve forming a portion of the southerly boundary line of Dellbrook Avenue connecting with Crestwood Drive, as said Crestwood Drive and Dellbrook Avenue are shown on that certain map entitled, "bumS~Am~ GARDENS," Sub-division No. 3, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California, filed for record on March 25, 1953, in Book 36 of the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California; thence frc~ said point of beginning no~terly, westerly, and southwesterly on an arc of a curve to the left, tangent to said southwesterly line of Crestwood Drive with a radius of 15 feet, a central angle of 90° 00', an arc distance of 23.56 feet; thence North 46° ~' 19" West along the south- westerly line of Dellbrook Avenue 56 feet to a point; thence northeasterly, northerly, and northwesterly on an arc of a curve to the !eft, the center of vhich bears North 46° ~J~' 19" 15 feet fro~ the last ~entioned point vith a radius of 15 feet, a central an~le of 90° 00', an arc distance of 23.56 feet to the southvesterty line of Crestvood Drive;' ~ence South 4~° 4~' 19" East 8g.00 feet to the point of beginning and said portion of Dellbrook Avenue a~ described on the mp entitled, "Portion of Dellbrook Avenue in Sunshine C~-dens Sub-division No. 3:' to be Vacated, Somth San Francisco, California, dated fAugust and on file in the office of the City Clerk. 5. Notices of the vacation of a portion of Dellbrook Avenue shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the portion proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing. Such notices shall be posted not more than ~00 feet apart, but not less than three shall be posted. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular 16th by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E.
