A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISI, SNS OF GROUP
POLICY GA-378620 WITH THE TRAVELERS INSURANCE
COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the advance rates for group policy
GA-378620 with the Travelers Insurance Company for the
period commencing August 1, 1963 as set forth in the letter
dated September 5, 1963 are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Rider to said group
policy dated at Hartford, Connecticut on June 6, 1963, being
Rider No. 4 signed by R. S. Morrill, is hereby approved and
execution approving the acceptance of same is hereby author-
ized by the Mayor of South San Francisco, his signature to be
attested by the City Clerk.
