A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "CIVIL DEFENSE
AND DISASTER AGREEMENT - SAN MATEO OPERATIONAL
AREA CIVIL DEFENSE AND DISASTER ORGANIZATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement
as amended by the City of South San Francisco entitled
"Civil Defense and Disaster Agreement - San Mmteo Oper-
ational Area Civil Defense And Disaster Organization"
between the County of San Mateo and the City of South
San Francisco and the other cities therein named is
hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City
of South San Francisco is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7~b day of Oc~ot~r
