A RESOLUTION DIRECTING CORRE~ION OF TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN
THE FOURTH PARAGRA~PH, ON PAGE 3, OF RESQLUTION NO. 3757
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, on August 5, 1963, this Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 3757 providing for the issuance of $893,000 principal amount of ~
City of South San Francisco Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1963; and
WHEREAS, there appears a typographical error in the paragraph~
numbered ~ on page 3 of said resolution; and
WHEREAS, this Council is desirous of having said typographical.%..
error corrected.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. That the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is
hereby directed to correct the typographical error which appears~in
the sixth line of paragraph 4 on page 3 of said Resolution No. 3757
to change the figures "898" to "893".
2. That the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is
hereby directed to change the original resolution on its face or.. to
have a complete page substituted in said resolution with the change
_made thereon_, as may seem most appropriate in the premises. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South.~an
