RESOLUTION ACKNOWI2~GING COMPLETION OF SBRVICES
OF PLANNING CONTRACTOR IN A l~lgl~H SATISFACTORY
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEItF~S, William E. Spangle, Jr. entered into contract
number LPO-P/22-CON-9, dated November 30, 1960 (hereafter
referred to as "Contract A") with the State of California
for the performance of services which the State had agreed
to complete pursuant to an agreement between the State and
the City of South San Franciseo, number LPO-P/22-CS-5,
dated November 30, 1960, and,
WBEREAS, said contractor has invoices, or it is antici-
pated will invoice, the State for the final payment due upon
satisfactory completion of services under "Contract A",
NOW THEREFORE, the City hereby acknowledges that the
Contractor has completed the services set forthin "Contract
A" in a manner deemed by the aforesaid City to constitute
satisfactory compliance with such contract, and declares that
it interposes no objection to the payment of the final install-
men~ due under "Contract A" to said Contractor.
