A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT - JOINT USE
OF LANDS AND FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal cor-
poration, and the South San Francisco Unified School
District, which provides for the joint use of lands and
facilities in a community recreation program, is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City shall appropriate
the sum of FORTY-ONET~0USANDANDNO/IOODOLLAP~ .....
($~1,0OO.00 - - -) as its contribution towards a swimming
pool at E1 Camino High School in accordance with Section 8A
of said agreement.
