RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR THE EXCHANGE OF
PARCELS OF LAND BETWEEN THE CITY AND SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement
entitled, "AGREEMENT FOR EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY OF EQUAL
VALUE BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, AND THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY,
A PARTNERSHIP", is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of No.ember
19 63 , by the following vote:
