A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
PAINTING CENTRAL FIRE STATION'S FIRST FLOOR
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City
Council and published notice, bids were publicly opened,
examined and declared on the ~9bh day of
October , 1963 , for the work to be done
and the improvement to be made, to wit: Painting of
Central Fire Station's first floor.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned and
hereby awards the contract for doing the work and improve-
ments and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment
necessary therefor to the lowest responsible bidder, to
wit: Elwood Stopper, 2350 Erin Place, Westborough, San Mateo
County, California, at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said success-
ful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all bonds
in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City
is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regula~
meeting held on the ~h day of November
19 65, by the following vote:
