A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF AN
AMENDED ASSESSMENT SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL
PARK 2 C ZONE 3
WHEREAS, certain parcels of land to wit: as described
in "Exhibit A", attached hereto and hereby incorporated here-
in and made a part hereof, upon which there are unpaid
assessments against which bonds have.~been issued and which
has been subdivided and which the City Council, on application
of the owner, desires to segregate and apportion unpaid in-
stallments of the original assessments in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lots or
parcels of land described to wit: as described in "Exhibit A",
attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a part
hereof, including maps or plot plans showing how such lots or
parcels has been divided, make said amended assessments so that
the total amoung of the assessments of the several portions of
said lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessment
upon the original lots or parcels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of the said re-
port and amended assessments, the City Clerk shall fix a time
and place for hearing upon the amended assessments and shall
give notice of the hearing by publication, said time and no-
tice shall conform to the requirements of Section 8732 of the
Streets and Highway Code of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a re~alar
meeting held this 4th day of November
19 63 , by the following vote:

Patrick E. Aherm, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca,
G. J. Rozzi, and l~ank Bertucelli.
