A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
REGARDING THE INSTALLATION OF CROSSING PROTECTION
DEVICES AND TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT EAST GRAND AVENUE
CROSSING E-9.3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, California, that the execution of that
agreement dated l~th day of November , 1963
by and between Southern Pacific Company, a corporation of the
State of Delaware and the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation of the State of California is hereby
authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 18th day of November , 196~ , by the
following vote:
