B818 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING A GRADING PERMIT TO DOLPHIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works, having filed a report of his recommendations on the appli- cation of Dolphin Construction Company for a Grading Permit, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue to Dolphin Construction Company a Grading Permit to grade the property described as: "Portion known as A-2 as shown on the tentative Resubdivision Map of Assessor's Parcel 14-041-08, prepared by David C. Heninger, Civil Engineer, Drawing No. SSF 1569 dated April 24, 1963." Said Grading Permit shall provide that the construction and installation of all grading work, facilities and site improvement shall be done in accordance with the application on file herein and the plans entitled: a. Tentative Resubdivision Map, Assessor's Parcel 14-041-08, Drawing No. SSF 1569 dated April 24, 1963, prepared by David C. Heninger, Civil Engineer b. Planned Unit Development, South San Francisco, California, Sections, for Magliocco-Gomez Investments, Job No. 63-1350, dated October 24, 1963, by Transamerican Engineers ~ Asso- ciates, Inc. c. Planned Unit Development, South San Fran- cisco, California, for Maglioooo-Gomez Investments, Grading Plan, dated October 25, 1963, Job No. 63-1350 by Transamerican Engineers & Associates, Inc. and the Director of Public Works' report contained in his Inter-Office Memorandum dated November 13, 1963 to the City Council, subject: Grading Plan - Magliocco-Gomez Investments Planned Unit Development. Said Permit shall contain provisions that applicants shall maintain in good operating condition the pumps and facilities installed in accordance with the Permit and pro- visions indemnifying and holding the City, its elective officials, officers and employees harmless from claims and further requiring conduction of the grading work in a manner that will not injure the property in the vicinity of the land to be graded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin- ation and the report by the Director of Public Works in the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), prior to issuing the Permit, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works shall ascertain by inspection that said grading is performed in accordance with the Permit and upon its com- pletion, shall file with the City Clerk a report stating the results of said inspection and certifying that the grading has been performed in accordance with the Permit. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of regular November the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 18th day of 1963 , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E.
