A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SETTING A HEARING ON
THE GENERAL PLAN ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COM-
MISSION AND CERTIFIED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
South San Francisco has duly adopted and certified to
the City Council the General Plan in accordance with the
Government Code of the State of California, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set a hearing
on said General Plan prior to considering the adoption
thereof as required by the Government Code of the State
of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. A public hearing be set for the 2nd day
of December , 1963, in accordance with Government
Code Sections 65509 and 6061 on the General Plan certified
to the City Council by the Planning Commission on the 8~h
day of Jul~ , 1963 by Resolution No.1613A of said
Commission.
2. Notice of said hearing be published once, as pres-
cribed by law, in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, said
notice to be published at least ten days prior to the date
set for hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
