HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3826-1963RESOLUTION NO.3826 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY WHEREAS, the people of the City of South San Fran- cisco share with the people of the United States and the rest of the world a deep sorrow on the untimely passing of President John F. Kennedy and desire to express their sympathy to the family of the late President, and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to formally make this expression of condolence for the people of the City of South San Fran- cisco to the family of the late President. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND DETERMINED that this Council, on behalf of the people of the City of South San Francisco, does hereby express the deep sympathy of this community to the family of the late President in this moment of their great personal loss and the hope that the greatness of his contributions may in some way soften the shock of his premature passing. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the regular day o f December , City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 2nd 196B , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ABSENT, " Patrick E.
