A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF INTENTION TO ANNEX WITH THE LOCAL AGENCY
FORMATION COMMISSION OF SAN MATEO COUNTY
WHEREAS, a request for consent to commence annexation
proceedings, signed by a number of property owners and
electors who reside in the territory known as the inhabited
area of Westborough, has been received by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council in accordance with Government
Code Section 54761 desires to file a notice of intention to
annex with the Local Agency Formation Commission of San
Mateo County in accordance with said Government Code Section.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that a notice of intention to annex
the territory known as the inhabited area of Westborough be
filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of San
Mateo County by the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco.
