A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
IMPROVEMENT OF CITY HALL PARKING LOT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City
Council and published notice, bids were publicly opened,
examined and declared on the 16th day of Decem-
ber , 19 63,, for the work to be done and the improve-
ment to be made as described and specified in Resolution
No.3819 entitled "A Resolution Of The City Council Of The
City Of South San Francisco Approving Plans And Specific-
ations Authorizing The Work And Calling For Bids On The
Improvement Of City Hall Parking Lot".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing the work and improve-
ment and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment
necessary therefor to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
The Lowrie Pavin~ CompanY, Inc.
at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said success-
ful bidder and to authorize, receive and approve all bonds
in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City
is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix there-
to the corporate seal of said City.
