A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF INTENTION TO ANNEX WITH THE LOCAL AGENCY FOR-
MATION COMMISSION OF SAN MATEO COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco desires to annex the uninhabited area set forth
in the description attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, in accordance with Govern-
ment Code Section 54761, desires to file a Notice of In-
tention to Annex with the Local Agency Formation Commission
of San Mateo County.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that a Notice of In-
tention to Annex the uninhabited area described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto be filed with the Local Agency Formation
Commission of San Mateo County by the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco.
