A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "CIVIL DEFENSE AND DISASTER
AGREEMENT - SAN MATEO OPERATIONAL AREA CIVIL DE-
FENSE AND DISASTER ORGANIZATION"
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement
entitled "Civil Defense And Disaster Agreement - San Mateo
Operational Area Civil Defense And Disaster Organization"
between the County of San Mateo, several other cities and
the City of South San Francisco is hereby authorized, with
the reservation that participation is subject to the annual
revue by the City Council and that the City's portion of
the Area Disaster Office's annual budget shall be a line
item of the City budget, subject to approval and appropri-
ation each year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
