A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO CONFIRI~IING AN AMJ~NDED ASSESSMENT SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK 2 C ZONE 3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended assess-
ment and pursuant thereto the Director of Public Works, ex-
officio S~perintendent of Streets, has filed with the City Clerk
Report and Amended Assessment of a lot or parcel of land pur-
suant to Resolution No. 3811 dated the 2th day of
November , 19 63, which Report is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A~ and includes the map or plot plan showing how
said lot or parcel has been divided and the amended assessment
so that the total amou~t of the assessments of the several
portions of said lot or parcel are equal to the unpaid assess-
ment upon the original lot or parcel, and
WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearing held as
required by law and the City Council upon said hearing held on
the 6th day of January , 19~4 , has determined
that no objections have been filed and good cause exists for
the making of said amended assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the amended assessment of
South San Francisco Industrial Park, Unit 2 C Zone 3, as set
forth in the Report of the Director of Public Works, ex-
officio Superintendent of Streets, attached hereto, and the
same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall take the re-
quired action to have entered upon the assessment roll the in-
stallments becoming due on each component part of the
original parcel o~posite a description of the respective
parcels so assessed.
