A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
REPAINTING AND REPAIRING CITY HALL
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Coun-
cil and published notice,bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 30th day of December , 1963 for
the work to be done and the improvement to be made as set
forth in the specifications entitled "Specification For The
Repainting Of The Exterior And Repairing Of Windows On The
South San Francisco City Hall".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing the work and improve-
ments and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment
necessary therefor to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
J. M. SORENSEN, INC.
at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said success-
ful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all bonds
in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City
is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix there-
to the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the ~th day of f~m~ary
