A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NOS. 3782 AND 3783 REGARDING MARINA FUEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the following resolutions
are hereby rescinded:
1. Resolution No.37~2 entitled "Resolution Of
The City Council Of The City Of South San Fran-
cisco Authorizing The Execution Of A Marine
Dealers Facilities Lease With Standard Oil Com-
pany Of California, Western Operations, Inc."
2. Resolution No.37~3 entitled "Resolution Of
The City Council Of The City Of South San Fran-
cisco Authorizing The Execution Of A Marine
Dealer Agreement With Standard Oil Company of
California, Western Operations, Inc.~'
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of January
19 64, by the following vote:
