A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Grant of Easement contained
in the document entitled "GRANT DEED FROM THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO", dated December 16, 1963 and executed by
Roger J. Hanson, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and
James E. Stauffer, Clerk of said Board, wherein a ten-foot
(10') easement is granted for public utility use, together
with a right-of-way therefor and a right-of-ingress thereto
and egress therefrom, across, upon, in and over the land
therein described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk
is authorized to record said Grant in the official records
of San Mateo County.
