A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE AGREEMENT WITH IDEAL CEMENT COMPANY
DATED DECEMBER 11, 1963 - INCREASE OF ROYALTIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the increased royalty rate of
$0.039 per cubic yard as set forth in the letter of
Ideal Cement Company dated December 11, 1963 and attached
hereto as Attachment '~A" is hereby approved as an
amendment to the agreement dated January 5, 1959 between
the City of South San Francisco and Ideal Cement Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City
is authorized to accept said proposed amendment to the
agreement with Ideal Cement Company on behalf of the City
by endorsing the confirmation and acceptance contained
in said letter dated December 11, 1963, and City Clerk
attests his signature thereto.
