CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN F~NCISCO, STATE O? CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A
BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLO-
CATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
~CHEREAS, a Master A~reement for the Budgeting and Ex-
penditure of the Engineerin~ Allocation under Section 2107.5
of the Streets and Hi~ways Code has been entered into by
the City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as
t~e City, and t~e State Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal
showin~ estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to
be made during the 1964-65 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget
proposal and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that said budget proposal
dated Janna~y ~0 , 1964, be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the State
allocated funds for engineering to cities, said budget pro-
posal to be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and
said budget proposal to be submitted to the Department of
Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the
provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
I hereby certify that the foregoins resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City CouncZl
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of January
19 64, by the following vote:
