REGULAR MEETING TIMES

THE
TO
WHEREAS, by Resolution RDA-1, dated March 5, 1980, the Redevelopn1ent Agency of the City
of South San Francisco, during its first regular n1eeting following formation, adopted a set of by-laws to
set forth operating rules and procedures; and
WHEREAS, during a special meeting on January 12, 2008, the City Council directed staff to
adjust regular n1eeting times for the Redevelopment Agency, such that they would begin at six-thirty p.n1.
on the second Wednesday of each month;
WHEREAS, this Resolution shall bec0111e effective as of March 29,2008, and all Redevelopn1ent
Agency n1eetings after such date shall begin at 6:30 p.l11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Redevelopn1ent Agency Board of the City of
South San Francisco hereby an1ends section 3.02 of the Redevelopn1ent Agency Bylaws to read as
follows:
"Section 3.02. Regular Meeting. A regular n1eeting of111en1bers shall be held on
the second Wednesday of each l110nth at 6:30 p.m. In the event that the Agency detell11ines that
additional 111eetings are required for the transaction of regular Agency business within a n10nthly period,
one or more additional specialn1eetings 111ay be scheduled for one-half hour i1lli11ediately preceding the
regular City Council n1eeting held on the fourth Wednesday of each month or at such other time as may
be agreed upon by the men1bers."

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the Redevelopl11ent Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular n1eeting held on the
13th day of February, 2008 by the following vote:
