CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY FOR
GARBAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the agreement between
the City of South San Francisco and South San Francisco
Scavenger Company dated the 2Obh day of January ,
1964 providing for garbage collection and disposal is here-
by authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City,
and City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
