A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRA. NCISCO GRANTING A GILa. DING PERMIT TO
GELLERT BROS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works, having filed
a report of his recommendations on the application of Gellert
Bros. for a Grading Permit, the City Council hereby authorizes
the City Clerk to issue to Gellert Bros. a Grading Permit to
grade the property described as Sunshine Gardens Subdivision
No. 11. Said Grading Permit shall provide that the grading
be done in accordance with Grading Permit application dated
1/16/64 and Sunshine Gardens Subdivision No. 11 Grading Plan
dated January o, 1964 and Director of Public Works Report
dated January 15, 1964. Said Permit shall contain provisions
indemnifying and holding the City, its elective officials,
officers and employees harmless from claims and further
requiring conduction of the grading work in a manner that
will not injure the property in the vicinity of the land to
be graded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall collect
the cost of defraying the expense of the examination and the
report by the Director of Public Works in the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00), prior to issuing the Permit, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works
shall ascertain by inspection that said grading is performed
in accordance with the Permit and upon its completion shall
file with the City Clerk a report statin~ the results of said
inspection and certifying that the grading has been performed
in accordance with the Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the CitY Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 20th day of Januar~ , 19 64 , by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew
Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, and Frank Bertucelli
