CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
I. SEWER AND STORM DRAIN, AND II. STREET AND
HIGHWAY PURPOSES, OVER THE LANDS OF DEVINCENZI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Grant of Easement for I. Sewer and
Storm Drain, and II. Street and Highway purposes, over the
lands of Devincenzi contained in the Grant of Easement
dated the lTth day of January , 1964 is here-
by accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the
City of South San Francisco is authorized to record said Grant
together with the several Powers of Attorney with the County
Recorder.
