A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF INTENTION TO ANNEX i~ITH THE LOCAL AGENCY FORM-
ATION COMMISSION OF S2N Y~.TEO COUNTY THE TERRI-
TORY DESIGNATED AS LIBRARY PARCEL - CALIFORNIA
GOLF CLUB PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco desires to ampex the uninhabited area set forth in the
description attached hereto as Exhibit ~'A~', and,
W~EREAS, the City Council, in accordance with Government
Code Section 54761, desires to file a Notice of Intention to
Annex with the Local Agency Formation Con~ission of San Mateo
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that a Notice of Intention
to Annex the uninhabited area described in Exhibit ~'A" attached
hereto be filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of
San Mateo County by the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
