~. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GP~NTING OF A HAULING
PERMIT TO WM. P r,~T¢' INC
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
Sa[~ Francisco that a ~ermit ~o haul excavated earth be issued
to Wm. F. Rus, Inc., uFon his filing in the office of the
City Clerk a bond in the sum of T~o Tho~satnd Dollars ($2,000.00)
to itndemnify City for any damasa which he may dc to side~al~s
or pavements or sewers, and said bond shall also provide for
indemnifying :h.3 City for cost of removing from sidewal~s
or pavemencs all earth or material as may have fallen or
spilled frc, m his trucks and such bond shall inure to tee bane-
fit of the City arid shall ~ive City the z~isht of action thereon
in the event he fails to remove th~ ~arth or mater~ai from the
