NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the
State of California, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco and the Planning
Commission of the City of South Francisco will hold a Special J oint Meeting on
Saturday, the 19th day of April 2008, at 10:00 a.m.; the meeting will commence on tour buses
provided by the City that will depart from 781 Tennis Drive in Orange MelTIorial Park South San
Francisco, California.
Purpose of the meeting:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Public Comments - comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
4. Zoning Ordinance Update: Joint City Council and Planning Commission
tours of South San Francisco Residential Neighborhoods.
5. Study Session - Tour of Chestnut Avenue/EI Camino Real Area
(Approximately 50 acre area between South San Francisco BART Station
and A Street near EI Camino Real), including Redevelopment Agency
owned properties in the area.
6. Adjournment.
