BOARD OF DIRECTORS, RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE BY
RAISER RESOURCES L.L.C. TO CORPOREX OYSTER POINT, L.L.C.
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of a Joinder to Ground Lease by Raiser
Resources, L.L.C.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Recreation
and Park District of the City of South San Francisco that the Recreation and Park District hereby
approves the assignment of lease by Raiser Resources, L.L.C. to Corporex Oyster Point, L.L.C.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Board of Directors of the Recreation and Park District of the City of South San Francisco at a
Regular meeting held on the 25th day of October , 2000 by the following vote:
AYES:
Boardmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Eugene R. Mullin and John R. Penna, Vice
Chair Joseph A. Fernekes and Chair Karyl Matsumoto
