CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADDING 465-467 AND 481 GRAND AVENUE
AND PROPERTY AT 224 SPRUCE AVENUE TO THE EXISTING
PARKING DISTRICT #1 BOUNDARIES
WHEREAS, the Parking Place Commission, after conducting a study and several
public meetings, unanimously recommends that the City Council adopt this resolution to
expand the Parking District #1 by adding property at 465-467 and 481 Grand Avenue and
property at 224 Spruce Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
that the City Council hereby approves the addition of 465-467 and 481 Grand Avenue and
property at 224 Spruce Avenue to the existing Parking District #1 boundaries.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul at' meeting held on the
8th day of D~cemb~r ,1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers John Penna, Euqene Mull in, James
Mayor Pro Tem Fernekes and Mayor Matsumoto
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
