CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO RAJAPPAN &
MEYER FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED $39,670 TO PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CHESTNUT AVENUE NEW
RIGHT TURN LANE ONTO EL CAMINO REAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City desires to award the design contract to Rajappan & Meyer in an
amount not to exceed $39,670; and
WHEREAS, funds from the E1 Camino Redevelopment Agency have been set aside in
the Capital Improvement Program for $300,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an award of contract in an amount not to
exceed $39,670 to prepare plans and specifications for the Chestnut Avenue New Right Turn
Lane onto E1 Camino Real Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reou'l ar meeting held on the 8th
_ day of December, 1999 by the following vote:

Mayor Pro Tem Fernekes and Mayor Matsumoto
