4. Motion to approve die minutes of September 9, 2009 grid October 14, 2009.
5. Motion to confirm die expense claims of November 18, 2009 363,373.69.
Motion- Vice Chairman Addiego/Second- Boardmember Gonzalez: to approve die Consent
Calendar. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
CLOSED SESSION
Prior to entering Closed Session, Vice Chairman Addiego advised he would not be participating
in the Closed Session relating to items 6 and 7, due to a conflict of interest base on his
employment.
Closed Session Opened: 6:42 p.m.
Open Session Resumed: 7:01 p.m.
