CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC
SAFETY MANAGERS UNIT DATED JANUARY 1, 2009
THROUGH JUNE 30. 2011
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the Compensation Plan for the City of South
San Francisco Public Safety Managers Unit dated January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Compensation Plan was prepared by the Human Resources Department,
has been approved as to form by the City Attorney, and incorporates the agreed upon terms and
conditions of employment for the Public Safety Managers Unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Compensation Plan for the City of South
San Francisco Public Safety Managers Unit dated January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 13`h day of
January, 2010 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Richard A. Garbarino, and Karyl Matsumoto,
Vice Mayor Kevin Mullin and Mayor Mark Addie~o
