HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 110-1998RESOLUTION NO. 1 1 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE "NO RIGHT OF WAY CERTIFICATION" FORM FOR THE CALTRANS LOCAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AS IT RELATES TO THE GRAND AVENUE/AIRPORT BOULEVARD SIGNAL RE-TIMING PROJECT WHEREAS, Caltrans requires that a "No Right of Way Certification" form be executed for the Caltrans Local Assistance Program as it relates to the Grand Avenue/Airport Boulevard Signal Re-Timing Project; and WHEREAS, no additional right of way or rights in real property are required for the project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works to execute the "No Right of Way Certification" form for the Caltrans Local Assistance Program as it relates to the Grand Avenue/Airport Boulevard Signal Re-Timing project. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 9th day of__ Sept., 1998 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers James L.
