HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 111-1998RESOLUTION NO. 111-98 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 6-98 ADOPTED ON JANUARY 14, 1998 TO INCREASE THE DEDICATED REVENUE SOURCE FOR THE REPAYMENT OF THE STATE REVOLVING FUND APPLICATION (SRF) LOAN FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT FROM $44,000,000 TO $49,500,000. WHEREAS, staff desires to revise Resolution No. 6-98 to increase the dedicated revenue source for the repayment of the state revolving fund application loan for the expansion of the Water Quality Control Plant from $44,000,000 to $49,500,000. WHEREAS, funding for this project is available from the Sewer Rental Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves revisions to Resolution No. 6-98 to increase the dedicated revenue source for the repayment of the state revolving fund application (SRF) loan for the expansion of the Water Quality Control Plant from $44,000,000 to $49,500,000. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§ul ar meeting held on the 9th day of__ Sept., 1998 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers James L.
