CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING COMPENSATION PACKAGE FOR THE CITY CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, effective with the
adoption of this resolution the terms shall be retro-active to July 1, 1998 as follows:
1. The City Clerk's bi-weekly salary shall be $2,863.38, she shall receive 80 hours of
administrative leave yearly and she shall be entitled to receive those benefits (excluding car allowance)
generally accorded to Executive Management personnel as amended by Resolutions No. 66-96 and 5-97
which include such benefits as holidays, vacations, retirement, worker's compensation, sick leave,
administrative leave, health, life and other insurance coverage.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of
September , 1998 by the following vote:
