CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EL RANCHO HIGHLANDS
FINAL MAP, ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION, APPROVING
A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF THE MAP, D.C.C.&R.'S
AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the final map, acceptance of the offers of dedications,
subject to improvement and authorizes recordation of the E1 Rancho Highlands Final Map and its related
documents; and
WHEREAS, the work is secured by two $628,172 bonds; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby approves the E1 Rancho Highlands Final Map, accepts offers of dedication,
approves the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and authorizes the recordation of the Map,
D.C.C.&R.'s and related documents.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 23rd day of__
September ,1998 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Joseph A. Fernekes,
John R. Penna and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Karyl Matsumoto
