CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $221,186.00 TO G & G BUILDERS, INC., FOR
THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT PLAY AREA
RENOVATIONS AT CITY HALL PLAY AREA, SIEBECKER
CENTER, CLAY AVENUE PARK, AND FRANCISCO TERRACE
PLAY AREA
WHEREAS, staff desires to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
G & G Builders, Inc. in the amount of $221,186.00; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been carried forward from the 1997-98 Capital Improvement
Program budget to complete this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby authorizes an award of contract in the amount of $221,186.00 to
G & G Builders, Inc., for the Americans with Disabilities Act Play Area renovations at City Hall Play
Area, Siebecker Center, Clay Avenue Park, and Francisco Terrance Play Area.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a rogu l a r meeting held on the ?g rd day of__
Sept., 1998 by the following vote:
