CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE 1997-98
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION
REPORT, AMENDMENT TO THE SECTION 108 LOAN GUARANTEE
PROJECTS, AND THE AMENDED CONSOLIDATED PLAN'S ONE YEAR
ACTION PLAN
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development requires entitlement communities
receiving Community Development Block Grant funding to submit a year-end programmatic and financial report
entitled the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); and
WHEREAS, it is a federal requirement that the (CAPER) be made available for public comment prior to its
submittal to HUD; and
WHEREAS, the City's due date for submittal is September 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City is amending its Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development One
Year Action Plan and its Section 108 Loan Guarantee Projects; and
WHEREAS, a notice of this Public Hearing was published in the South San Enterprise Journal on Saturday,
September 12, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the (CAPER) has been available in the office of Economic and Community Development, City
Hall, 400 Grand Avenue from September 17, 1998 for public review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
City Council hereby authorizes submittal of the 1997-98 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
and amended Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and Section 108 Loan Guarantee
Projects.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a Y`e§u] aY' meeting held on the 23y`d day of September
