CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT FOR THE "FINGERS" OPEN SPACE PARK BETWEEN
REST INVESTMENT AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City and REST INVESTMENT desire to enter into an agreement related to the
construction and maintenance of a park at the southerly "finger" adjacent to the REST DEVELOPMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and REST
INVESTMENT for construction and maintenance of the "Fingers" Park and further authorizes the City
Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regu 1 ar meeting held on the 14th
