CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH TRANSWORLD
CONSTRUCTION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,165,000 FOR
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION
PROGRAM - PHASE XVII
WHEREAS, the City desires to make improvements to approximately 570 condominiums in E1
Camindium, St. Francis Terrace, Colina and Westborough Hills; and
WHEREAS, Transworld Construction submitted the lowest bid; and
WHEREAS, funding for the insulation program will be provided by the East 101 Agreement and
Memorandum of Understanding with the Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of South San
Francisco hereby approves an agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Transworld
Construction in an amount not to exceed $2,165,000 for construction services and authorizes the City
Manager to sign the Agreement.
